The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating despite the language barrier. We were able to book tours directly at the counter and they even booked a taxi for us cause we were not able to call.
The breakfast buffet was amazing, the facilities within the resort were great, e.g. BB.Q chicken, convenience store, karaoke bar. It was a perfect stay to relax.
The room was much bigger than we thought!! The view was amazing and the room was well equipped. Our room even came with a balcony and it was ssoooo clean!! We moved the single beds together and it was even clean under the beds and bedside table.
Pleasant bedding, spacious, balcony, nice view from the room, proper refrigerator, complementary bottles with water. Small towels but on request we received two extra. Very good breakfast with lots of choice.
We had a very cheap offer! At first sight at the location we thought it was a scam, as the hotel was so nice and we didn't expect such a great hotel for such a cheap price! The service was really nice and helpful! We made a mistake while planning our route and spontaneously wanted to stay a night longer. This was no problem at all, we could even stay in our room. The hotel is really nice with lots of amenities. Our room was big and we had a small little kitchen. We also had a great view on the mountains and the river!
Family studio was well furnished, clean and comfortable. The heated floor was a big plus! Location was convenient, walking distance to Gugyeong market. Fall colours were amazing.
