The staff was helpful and nice. The rooms were clean, updated, and had everything you needed!
I’m definitely coming back. I loved the room and the front desk was so helpful. It’s clean, but you need to bring your own slippers and bathroom. Otherwise it’s amazing. You don’t need to buy adapter for your wires. They have it in their room.
Staffs were very responsive and friendly. I requested to change the room due to the smell, accommodation was satisfied.
The apartment is beautiful and super modern/high tech. It felt really comfortable, like we had our own apartment in Seoul. We realized that it was also a huge plus that the UH Flat office is in the same building. They were so attentive and responsive to all of our questions and requests. Also, I feel it's worth noting that I met two visitors in the building that had booked through Le Collective and both had issues accessing their units, and couldn't get in touch with the company. I had originally booked a Le Collective stay and canceled after reading the negative reviews. It turns out both management companies have units in this building but UH Flat clearly does a better job at attending to its guests.
Location was great! Room exceeded our expectations.
