We couldn’t have loved our stay at blossoms melkstal more. The house is in a wonderful & quiet location, has all the amenities, is very cozy and home-y. Francois was an incredible (!!) host and we also went on a game drive & got to see some amazing animals. In the evenings we could braai & enjoy some nice wine, look at the stars, and really relax with nothing around to disturb you. We even got a beautiful giraffe visiting us at sunrise! Cannot recommend this stay enough!!
AMAZING. A perfect Karoo experience. We would highly recommend a stay here. Our 2 nights were not enough! Tranquil, quirky decor, lovely hosts, wildlife. Location is ideal - near to Oudtshoorn and big attractions in the area.
The Melkstal was a wonderful place to recharge our batteries, secluded, private and very charming with attention to detail. The facilities are as good as you would expect. Anton is very kind and helpful and took us on a lovely tour around the property - and believe us, you’re in for a surprise or two! Highly recommended and would absolutely come back.
