The property was private and well appointed. It felt safe and very well maintained. The hosts were extremely kind, warm and thoughtful. Their lovely dog was also an absolute joy to be around.

The host was so kind and friendly. The home is beautifully decorated in old world charm. Very cost effective and I felt safe and the electric blanket really kept me warm and cozy.

The loveliest dog also met me when I arrived.

Heidelberg is a fantastic little town in the Western Cape, not a lot of accommodation options though, glad to have found the Buckhouse, excellent facilities, clean and good location, you will have to go far to find better accommodation.

The room was spacious and the extra touch of candles stewn ocross the place created a beautiful ambience

If you need a relaxing weekend away. For sure the place to stay.
