Beautiful room and modern bathroom and amenities. Gated and safe. Friendly staff. It felt like you could ask them for anything at any time no problem. Cozy boutique hotel feels like a small private little quiet community. Wide selection at breakfast and it was delicious.
While originally booked for AME by Noah I moved to Noah House (their sister house) due to my comment of the noise caused by unforeseen construction. They moved me right away into a room with a bathtub and it honestly made my trip so much more relaxed then I anticipated. The rooms of both guest houses are beautiful. As are the gardens and patios. The staff are so kind and remember your preferences. There is turndown service. You feel very special as soon as you walk through the door. The location is nice and close to a few popular restaurants and bars. It is in a quiet neighborhood. I am very happy with my stay and would stay again.
Breakfast was adequate. Room spacious with a comfortable bed. Close to Kloof street activities and restaurants.
Accommodating, friendly staff and beautiful property. You can truly see the love that goes into maintaining it which is shown in every detail. We felt extremely comfortable during our stay and enjoyed the outdoor areas to relax and unwind. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed seeing the neighborhood cats.
The staff at Kaap Mooi are exceptional and one of the main reasons for our return visit for a long weekend and with my mother, who was visiting Africa for the first time. Chris is an excellent host and he has hired equally extraordinary staff, especially Rachel who took such wonderful care of us during our all too brief four night stay. Everyone else who helped us check in and took care of the breakfast offerings were all at their A game!! Kaap Mooi is a stylish boutique hotel with many places to relax both indoors and outside. It's a pleasant walk downhill to numerous restaurants and cafes and even a bit further to the Company's Garden, the Slave Lodge Museum, and Green Market Square if you're up for a longer jaunt.
