location was perfect. The caretaker Simeon was very good and always available. Place looks exactly like the pictures
The apartment is spacious and clean. Big sofa and bed are comfortable. Host is very responsive. There’s no A/c but this area is cooler than Capetown. There’s a fan in the bedroom.
Thanks to Simeon for his kindness. The location is amazing, it also has a private parking lot. The apartment is cozy however its a bit moldy
The apartment is beautiful and spacious. If you are looking for a very hot shower, 166 Nederburg is the place to be.
The main bed is comfortable and spacious.
The carpets are very nice.
However, there is a need for improvement on essentials such as a colander, grater, cutting board, containers with lids for leftover foods, salad dishes with lids and saucers or side plates.
Perhaps a lace curtain in the main bedroom.
The unit is located in the residential part of Seapoint above main road - on Ocean view Drive. We do not like to be in a noisy area so this is perfect for us. It it is located in a complex.
