The members of staff were very polite, helpful and hospitable.
The room was a little smaller than what i expected, but it was very nice and the staff were nice
The location was ideal. Down the street from the Sandton City Mall that is luxurious with everything you may want. Very close to the Nelson Mandela Square. The building has a great restaurant with fresh seafood & great drinks
It's a home away from home. Cozy and amazing stuff. We even left our luggage so someone else would collect it for us later and they were very understanding.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and everything was perfect. I particularly appreciated the large window and the natural light that flooded into the suite. It was spacious and comfortable.
