I admired how well-kept and welcoming the apartment was. The apartment was properly furnished, with everything we needed to wash and dry clothes, a fully functional kitchen, a spotless bathroom, and a TV and strong WIFI in the living area with Disney and Netflix to keep the kids occupied.
We were contacted by Phalavi after our booking was confirmed and we asked for early check in. We were accommodated and even though Umhlanga was without water supply, there was enough water stored in cans and an portable electric shower in the unit for our whole family to enjoy a shower, do dishes etc. The owner really made sure our holiday was comfortable. Thank you for will definitely book again.
