The property and staff were phenomenal! Garfield, Coleen from ENT, Kevin, Kasey, Spicy D, Crazy Legs, all amazing and kind. They went the extra mile to make sure my stay was paradise. Every bartender, grounds keeper, house keeping all worked together to make it an unforgettable experience. I will be returning to Jamaica to return to this exact location because of the staff. I appreciate and have respect for you all. One love
The property was so beautiful you wouldn’t want to leave it. There are multiple things to do at the resort and off.
Impeccable service- absolutely incredible staff. My second year in a row staying at this resort and it was just as amazing as my first visit
Luxury side was quiet, no kids. Plenty of restaurants with great food. Pool hours were great. Staff was always accommodating. Cleaning staff was excellent.
The facilities, the food, the pool. The cleaning staff could have been a little friendlier. Entertainment staff was excellent.
