The location was amazing, I could hear the waves crashing on Boston Beach. In the center of Fairy Hill, friendly people in the area, safe, quiet with the exception of neighborhood nightly music. Olivia, my pup was able to join me and stay at the Guesthouse, enjoyed running around the property.

The rooms were quite lovely, the view immaculate. There's the beach with a swing, & a zip line. There's a pool, & a bar on the property, & breakfast included. Restaurants seconds away. Over all, great spot to be, perfect location with lots of venues. & I enjoyed the free coconut water with jelly.

Joe is a fantastic host! Super friendly and hard worker! The property is very well located with a private access to the beach :) we only stayed one night, but highly recommend and would come back again!

We loved the access to the private beach - recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise. Joe's breakfasts are DELICIOUS! Best eggs we tasted in Jamaica. There's off-road parking, use of a refrigerator, air con, mosquito net, good shower. Some of the reviews on here are unfair - it's a perfectly comfortable place to sleep with a comfy bed and clean sheets. If you're used to nice hotels, it will feel basic. If you're more used to hostels, you'll love it. Highly recommend a Blue Lagoon cocktail at Smoozic around the corner.
