The gardens were beautiful and very kept. We were not sent the voucher for Club Mobay ahead of our departure so arrival process was a little frustrating as well as our driver being late. The airport help desk was awesome but we both had difficulties reaching the resort via phone.

Loved the intimate atmosphere! Check in and service requests to the front desk were handled extremely promptly and courteously. Tobian, Daniela and Iesha especially made us feel welcome and at home. At the restaurant Delroy provided great service and beach side it was Raheem, Kirk and a few others! So happy to have chosen this place. I also really appreciated that the hotel did not discourage off site adventures and several taxis were usually waiting for guests just outside the gate. The only disappointment was in the restaurant reservation process. We eventually got a reservation for an early seating at one of the a la carte restaurants, but only after 2 days of being told it was fully booked, that we were on a waiting list. When we got to the restaurant that night, there were only 5 tables or so, more than half were empty. Felt like we got the run around for a tip, and if the service was provided from the start we would have tipped.
