I like the quiet location and yet close to the Lake Ashi.

It is on a great location! Very easy to walk to various attractions like Hakone shrine or even the check point! There was also the kitchenette so we could buy food and cook for ourselves.

- absolutely ideal location, in the very heart of Motohakone town, everything is closeby, including the shrine

- considering the size and everything that was provided (little kitchen, fridge, cooking utensils), the price was great

- everything was clean on arrival, very smooth self check-in process

- internet was off for a moment, but the staff took action almost immeditely after my message, that is highly appreciated

- even though I expected to hear the neigbours above and next to me, the walls were pretty sound-isolating, which is great

Location very good; close to lake; shrine and walking distance to both boats to get you to main points of visit;
