Location was great, easy walk from Shinjuku station. There is a metro station a bit closer too. It's right on a big road and close to the nightlife so it's not silent but it was good to be in the heart of the area, and there are convenience stores and places to eat right downstairs. Communication with host was very good. Apartment small but adequate with useful facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. Washer dryer - complete with detergent - plus shampoo and conditioner in the shower room, all appreciated. Black out curtain was a great idea! Check-in worked well due to the detailed instructions from the host. Thank you :)
Very good location, lots of restaurants & convenient store nearby. The room is clean, facilities are in good condition.
The room comes with one air conditioner & one heater, it is good for spring stay .
