Location close to subway and only a few stops to city, convenience of nearby shops & restaurants, almost instant and proactively useful reply by landlord via any handphone app. Bright and clean premises. Utilities all in good conditions, particularly like the instantly heated up water tap at the kitchen sink. Spacious bathroom with comfortable shower. Clear and useful house instructions. Good WiFi. Plentiful chairs and a big table.

Atmospheric interior, real. Comfortable bed, close to the metro. Nagoya is a good place for many trips around the city. I recommend staying there for at least a week. The apartment is located close to a busy multi-level streets intersection, but the apartment is quiet and pleasant. The host made sure we felt at home. What I liked most was that thanks to this apartment I could see how Japanese people really live, it was not a hotel for tourists. Interesting experience. I recommend :-)
