We aim to please attitude of staff
We stayed at this lovely hotel for seven nights and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and everything we needed in the room was neatly arranged. The buffet breakfast was good, featuring mainly Japanese-style dishes. The staff were helpful and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We loved the convenient location—just a short, easy walk to the train station, which made traveling to Kurashiki effortless. It’s also only a few minutes’ walk to AEON, a massive shopping mall.
However, the hotel should address the air conditioning issues, as it couldn’t be properly controlled. While we were informed upon arrival and given an alternative solution, a permanent fix would be ideal.
Additionally, a gym would be a great addition to the hotel’s facilities.
