The onsen/hot springs were the most enjoyable part of our stay. We used the washer/dryers which was a great amenity to have access to on a long trip, just know there are only a handful available so they are almost always busy. Overall the hotel was clean, felt safe, and a good value for the price. Air conditioning worked very well
Room was cleaned every 3 days and clean towels were outside door every morning. Buffet in lobby was very good. A/C was super cold and I love the bathroom .
The hotel was nice for solo or couple travel. Tje room were clean , the staff always helpfull and respectfull. The location was good too , you had everything that you need closeby
The breakfast was delicious! The location was great. It was in walking distance to many restaurants and convenience stores. Also, it was a ten minute walk from Shinjuku Station. It was very clean and quiet.
It was clean, modern, very pretty. The staff was of course so amazing. Love how close it was to so much food, not terribly far from the train stations. Very glad I picked this one! I do recommend it to my friends who also love to travel.
The shake photo is in there because Factory 45 is near by and is so delicious.
