Luggage storage: On the day of arrival or departure, you are able to store your luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Staff: The staff were helpful from the beginning to the end of my stay. I had my prescription sunglasses shipped to the hotel. When my glasses didn't arrive on the expected date (due to a misunderstanding), the staff at the front desk called the company for me to figure out when my glasses would arrive. The staff also notified me when my glasses had finally arrived.
Amenities: You get a daily amenity package with clean towels, a clean yukata, paper cups, tea, coffee, sugar, cotton pads, and Q-tips.
Cleaning: The room gets cleaned every three days, but you can request room cleaning.
Location: The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the station; it is mostly flat, so it is doable with a big suitcase.
