The front desk very helpful. They speak Japanese, but will try to understand what we’re saying, will look for someone who understand & speak English. Clean, close to train station & main attraction.

We booked the large room with two queens and sofa. It’s very spacious for our family of 4 people. The room was super clean

The room was spacious enough. The bathroom was nice with the shower separate from it. We liked the keyless entry option.

Great location. About 11mins walk from Nishiki Market and the surrounding shopping area. There is also a bus stop and a 7-11 down the street for convenience. Nakau was very close buy and become my groups favorite cheap breakfast spot. Staff were very kind and helpful. They were able to accommodate us and put us on the same floor. Price was very good and affordable.

Stayed here with as a group of 3 friends. I lived in Japan for years and have visited Kyoto many times but never stayed in this area. I was surprised with how close it is to the main shopping/dinning areas. It was less than a 15 min walk or a few mins walk to a bus stop. It’s also close to 3 different train lines which makes getting around Kyoto very convenient.
