Great service from all the staff. The onsen is high class and luxurious . Breakfast is plentiful
Wonderful stay, beautiful facilities and very hospitable staff. Loved the room and the spaceous bathroom and bath. The views are great on each floor and from the balcony I could even see the Hikone castle. Wonderful sunset too. Dinner and breakfast were plenty and very tasty. Lived the sakura mousse dessert and french toast for breakfast. They also offered wine on the 10th floor and soba after onsen visit. Onsen was amazing, the outside pool had a great view straight on the lake. Stayed there about 3 hours in the evening, very relaxing. They also oranized a tranfer to Maibara eki, no stress when leaving the hotel for shinkansen. Souvenir shop.had some beautiful art, so had to grab a couple of chopaticks holders and postcards as well before leaving.
exceptionally clean, beautiful design. open air onsen with extra depth. buffet breakfast had a lot of variety. happy hours in the lounge including hand drip coffee. sunset views from the room. large shower/bath combo. staff kind, helpful, happy, and knowledgeable in a way that went way beyond the usual polite service in japan (and many speaking some english too).
The hotel stuffs are super nice and we could receive the most welcome..
