Clean rooms, onsen facilities and good value for money
The hotel room was spacious and really comfortable. We took the breakfast option and found a really rich japanese-style buffet with lots of options.
In addition, the customer service was unbeatable. We left something at our room after check out and they personally contacted us so that we wouldn’t leave any belongings behind!
Really kind staff, comfortable bed and a great breakfast
Back in 2019 I stayed at 123 hotel Fukuyama. It was not available this year, so I got this instead. Honestly, I don't regret it. Everything was an upgrade. The room is big, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean.
I honestly have nothing to gripe about. This booking was a bull's eye.
The room and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had many wonderful Western and Japanese choices, as usual. We appreciated being able to borrow two nice bicycles for free (for a small returnable security deposit). The public bath had a wonderful sauna, a large indoor and outdoor bath, a cold tub and and excellent views!
Fab and highly recommended. Rooftop hot spring was fantastic and we all loved it !
