This hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and kind. Will stay here again when we return!
Great staff, great rooms and bathrooms, and a great location.
I love the public bath they have, the free ice is also a plus. The rooms are spacious and lighting of the room was the best compared to the other hotels I have booked. The location of the hotel is amazing being close to the station, and the Nishiki Market.
The location was amazing, 10 min walk to the food market. 5 min walk to the metro. It was easy to get to from the Shinkansen, 5 minute walk to the hotel.
If you like walking everything is 20-30 mins away.
The room was a great size 3 double beds for 2 adults and 2 kids(12&10). Complementary tea, coffee water from 2pm-midnight. They have a female and male onsen which was lovely to experience.
Would definitely recommend staying here.
