Overall the ambience of the house is great, even-though the space is quite limited, but it give me a cozy feel. The train station is far away, but there is a few bus station nearby the house, can’t expect much on the train as unlike other cities in Japan, Kyoto has limited access to train. The most important is, tats-san will fetch you to the house from the train station during check-in.

Comfortable accommodation with high cost-effectiveness. It's also closed to convenience stores for living requests and bus stops for journey. Good choices for long-duration trip in Kyoto.
