Great house for a large group. Kitchen well stocked. Washing machine and drier which was great for our long stay. Great location for drive to Shiga Kogen and other ski resorts close by.

This is a very large house with space to park a car. We were there in winter and the kids loved playing in the snow around the house. It is walking distance from the Snow Monkey Park, but make sure you have the correct footwear in winter as it can get very icy and slippery. There are gas heaters in every room, which worked great. We were never cold inside the house. There is plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. It was really nice having a tumble dryer as well as a washing machine for cleaning clothes.
