The hotel was great. The room had a built in Japanese style bath, many amenities and the overall ambience was very pleasant enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Staff greeted us right away and gave us a lovely yuzu drink while we checked in. The location was beautiful and our room had a great view of the city and surrounding greenery. The room was gorgeous and we loved the onsen. The products smell great and we loved the rental system--we got to borrow a flat iron and steam iron, but they have tons of other options. The beds are ultra comfortable. The lounge area is gorgeous and the garden is stunning to look at/walk through. Since we were there for our first wedding anniversary, the staff added a white chocolate to our dessert with customized text written with dark chocolate. They also took a photo of us and gave us a printed version with a paper frame before we left. That was truly above and beyond--we will cherish it forever! They really helped make it even more special.
