Proximity from the Aeon mall and the Kyoto station. Very clean and comfortable. Very helpful staffs.

It’s a great location, so close to the mall and in walking distance to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful and there 24hrs. There were lots of little amenities in the lobby if needed. Having the washing machine and drying function was great.

Spacious apartment with two rooms for sleeping and separate kitchen. Amazing mall and grocery store right around the corner. Easy walk to Kyoto station. Quiet and comfortable. We took two day trips (Nara and Universal Japan), so proximity to Kyoto station worked well for us.

Location is very good as just next to the Aeon mall so easy for food and there is also a super market in the mall so was very helpful , The Area is close to public transport , We had a 3 night stay so location was prefect , Also the hotel staff were very very helpful especially the middle aged person (did not get his name) was very helpful and guided us a lot for visiting attractions and for the transportation , also the Receptionist (did not get her name) while checkinn helped and guided a lot for our visits in Kyoto ..,
