I really liked the location, the staff and most of all, Kumamoto. Super comfortable. Kudos to the team: they were all great.
Hotel was well-maintained with comfortable rooms and friendly & helpful staff. The hotel is also within easy reach of popular attractions such as Kumamoto Castle, Shimatori Arcade, and Sakuramachi rooftop garden.
Located in downtown Kumamoto, and it has excellent access to most of transportation
the location was great, the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and had great English support. The room was also spacious!
