Excellent staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Location is amazing.
The location is very nice. It’s very close to Kyoto attractions spot that you can walk around and close to Kiyomizu-Gojo station. All staffs are very nice.
I absolutely loved everything about my stay at Gojo Guest House.
The architecture was stunning, it felt like I was in the historical period of Japan. The female dorm had tatami & were separated with a curtain, but provided enough privacy as a fellow introvert. The bathrooms were shared but were well kept & I appreciated the retro bathhouse vibes it had.
Last but not least, the Kamo river is practically next to the Guest house so I was blessed on my walks to & from each day.
Staff was great and very helpful and cool. They spoke English and was very helpful for a novice with Japanese like me. Very thankful for the location, I got to walk and figure out the area! The Cafe was great! Friendly service!
