The host was very nice, we stayed the night before with the same owner, but since we cannot book the same pension, we moved to this one. This pension is much cheaper compared to the one next door, as we share the house with a number of other travelers, also shared bathroom and toilet as well. The caring owner prepared a couple of cup noodles, bread and drinks etc you can grab for your early hike or if you are hungry at night (coz there's NO convenience shop at all around the area), and at a very reasonable price.

I had a fantastic stay at Guesthouse Yui! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly friendly and tried her best to help, making me feel like home. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. There were restaurants around, very convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hongu Taisha and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our host was lovely. Our fellow travelers were enthusiastic and generous. We loved being able to cook our dinner in a clean kitchen.

Sanae is a sweetheart. She made a personal sign greeting us upon arrival, gave recommendations for dinner, and provided a clean room in an awesome location.
