The room was spacious. Even though, we asked for a non-smoking room, there was a bad smell of cigarettes throughout our stay. This is a serious issue.
My likes: the 24/7 reception desk staff, the vending machines for drinks, the welcome lobby living set sofas, the 2 massage chairs in the lobby, the bedroom amenities include a floor lamp, a desk lamp, coffee table & 2 chairs, humidifier, heater, aircon, mini-ref with mini-freezer, dryer, TV, digital clock, electric pitcher, cups, glasses, pajamas, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, towels, daily cleaning & laundry area on another floor. It is also close to the 24/7 convenience stores i.e. 7/11 store & Lawson store, & to bus stations. My room has a good view too, with 2 windows. The best is the morning reception staff -- they kindly helped me in navigating the place so I won't be lost.
