Fantastic location, super close bus stop, slightly further subway stops, easy walking distance from Heian jingu, a little longer to Gion area. Combined washer/dryer was super convenient, along with drying carousel with clips. Nice to have a kitchen with fridge and microwave (along with cooking capabilities, which we didn't use).

The space for a family of 4 was amazing. The 1.5 bathrooms and gorgeous kitchen fittings were also nice. Loved having a washer. Lovely amenities. We went to the grocery store and made breakfast in the room daily.

The 2 bedroom suite was very roomy and comfortable for 4 adults. I wouldn't mind living there! Good location near some shrines. They provided some restaurant locations nearby which we used for breakfast. They provided umbrellas when it rained one day. Hotel provides water bottles and refills the refrigerator. Beds were comfortable and washer/ dryer was a plus since we stayed at the mid-point of our Japan trip.
