Room was quite big compared to similar rooms we've been to and staff was very nice. Cleaning was done daily and the room was spotless! It has an area to relax or eat your own breakfast or dinner while the hotel provides free ice cream, drinks, coffees and bread selection which is actually quite good quality and wide selection! It is really a really added value as you can pick up something fast to eat before going out or have a refreshment as you get back to the hotel.

A really surprising place, in a good but not crowded area. Very good reception (tiny but), and great layout with rooms around a void. Pretty good sized room for the price. We were there for three nights and it worked out well for two people. The real surprise is the nicely set out (more than basic) free breakfast that is available (I'm sure I didn't see it advertised when I booked), as well as ICECREAM ALL DAY!! It's a really nicely set up foodie area open all the time. (And yes some free (safe) alcohol at night). Oh yes - location is very good - 500 m. accessible to metro, so really no need for (very expensive) taxi from airport, which takes Osaka's weird above ground great circle route!
