The location is great, close to Umeda Station. The service is great, and the staff is beneficial and kind.
Being able to do laundry and the neighborhood was very quiet. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
Overall hotel was great and location was perfect! The only issue we had was with the thermostat and AC. The room temperature was always very hot and our AC unit would not stay on for longer than 15 minutes.
Other than that we had a great stay and were very happy with the hotel. Thank you!
The location is ideal, close to lots of train stations and convenience stores.
The staff is super helpful, spoke English and we’re eager to do anything to accommodate us during our stay, and send our luggage to our next hotel.
