We stayed in the “family room”. Japanese style big room. For bedding we received futons, which were very comfortable. There’s kettles, matcha tea packets in the lobby.
The onsen was very nice, had some chipped tiles.
Hotel held our luggages prior and after our stay, which helped a lot for exploring the city.
Overall a great experience for the price.

9 of us stayed in a traditional room here. The room was as lovely as we hoped. Staff were very professional and very kind. Location was brilliant a straight short walk from the station. Very central and easy to get around. Loved our time there and would stay again
Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Incredible value for money given the location and facilities. The public bath was a nice touch and the service was really nice.
