Stuff was so welcoming and helpful. The room was big enough for us and comfortable.
The staff were wonderful, the room was clean, the location was convenient, and there were signs in English for those who cannot understand or read Japanese.
I really like the location, within a 10 minute walk to Teramachi and 15 minutes to Shijo.
Mattress in our room was from 1950’s very old!!! Very hard and uncomfortable.
The hotel is very nice and location is great!
Location is great - close to train station and convenient stores. Also, not to far from the shops and markets.
Check out is at 1100 as opposed to 10:00 as other hotels which was great not to feel rushed!
