Very modern and amazing service
Gym is very limited though
This was a very nice hotel in more of a business district, but close to the train station, seven minute walk. It was clean and the staff was helpful.
they wrote that the food contained pork.

Location, cleanliness and facilities in the room. It was easy for me to get to Shin Osaka to catch the Shinkansen and get around Osaka in general.
We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a very high-end place all the luxury brands were around, which honestly made me feel a little out of place (hehe), but it was still a great experience.
The people working there were very nice and friendly, which made our stay even better. The hotel itself was beautiful and felt upscale. The walk to the train station was about 5 to 9 minutes, so pretty convenient.
