Great location-close to Kyoto Station. There were convenience stores and places to eat near by. The room was clean and good sized. Staff was very friendly.
10 minutes away walk from Kyoto station making it easy to get around, the public baths were amazing after a day of walking around. The staff were welcoming. Spaceous room
The location is excellent. The staff is friendly and very helpful and competent.
Breakfast was outstanding! Our whole stay was great, as we loved the location, and the room was good too. If we return to Kyoto, I would definitely stay here again. It is a solid 4 star type of hotel if located in USA, and the breakfast was 5 star.

Spacious rooms and the staff were so nice and devoted, we had a great time here!
We had some special requests the staff was more than happy to help us with (Shabbat). We actually asked them to extend our stay. Nice onsen for city crowded area, and the location was just perfect- close to the train, to gion etc.
