The staff were amazing and friendly and really made you feel welcome. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice underground walk to the stations.
Location is great, very neat facilities, a lot of toiletries and unexpected pleasant things. A view on a chapel that is built on a high floor!! Great interior - pleasant to be inside.
The location is great, the Osaka station is 5 minutes away, Umeda sky building is 10 minutes walk, restaurants, shopping mall are 5 minutes away
This is a very neat location with great rooms and excellent staff.
The room was spacious by Japanese standards. The bathroom was decent size as well. Different decor than any other hotel we stayed in during our trip to Japan. Also, fairly close to the train station.
