Excellent lighting for reading, exceptional breakfast, coffee available in the lobby area, bottles of water in the room, comfortable beds
It’s clean and affordable. The receptionist is very friendly and speaks good English. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Nayoro station. I stayed at their hotel Sonia in Otaru and I was very satisfied at that time and this time as well.
It was comfortable and sufficient for our need. Lovely shared baths, good breakfast
The breakfast options were delicious! They offered both Western and Japanese food choices - both yummy. My room was clean and comfortable with a strong wifi connection throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful, especially as my Japanese is very bad. Excellent service!
Clean and comfortable room per Hotel MyStay's standard. Free parking available next to the hotel, which is convenient. Additional amenities like comb, shaver, lotion, etc. available on complimentary basis at the lobby which will help to minimise wastage and more environmentally friendly.
Complimentary coffee in the mornings is great.
