Very big rooms for downtown Osaka with excellent sleeping options for a family of three.
Very close to metro and airport bus terminal.
Plenary of dinner options as one would expect next to the train station.
Staff is nice and helpful. Check-In is with computer like many hotels in Japan. The room is clean, has a water cooker and a window that can be opened. The location is great, close to all train/subway transportation, shopping, restaurants....
Location to Osaka/Umeda station. The staff provided excellent service and were vey attentive. Online support was also attentive as I left an item in my room after check and immediately got a response on how to have the item mailed to me after I sent an email.
Location was great, our room was even better. Bigger than the typical hotel rooms in Japan. We stayed in a triple room and it has a table for 4 at the center of the room for eating or just chatting.
