Again, standard business hotel experience for this price point. The bed was suitably comfortable, the staff polite, and the wifi worked. The hotel looked nice and the breakfast as you'd expect from a business hotel at that price point. I stayed one night and appreciated the staff and the convenient parking space for my bicycle.

Everything was well laid out and available for your any need. Staff were awesome.

Conveniently located a short walk from the main station in Ozu, Hotel Ohta offered a comfortable stay for my trip. The main tourist attractions in Ozu are easily walkable to and from the hotel. There is a multi story shopping mall close by where I was able to order an Amazon package to be picked up at. The room was phenomenal as it offered a desk to do work on and a comfortable bed to sleep on. The staff were also welcoming and kind.

just few minutes walk to the train station, 711, lawson not far away the town itself is not so popular but the hotel gives a lot of information for travelers room is so good, clean, has everything you need for a trip with a really nice vieww to town and mountain they have 24/7 front desk which is very helpful

Extremely helpful, patient, and friendly staff. They could remember your requests and face, and the staff communicate with each other, so you don't need to explain the same thing to different staff at the front desk even if the shifts changed. They're not just kind people but very professional. The hotel has probably been refurbished recently, and it's been kept in an extremely great condition due to attentive cleaning and management. I have a fairly high standard for cleaning and this hotel is absolutely spotless, even in places like the edge of the sliding cabinets.
