The service was exceptional. They had so much free services available.
Beautiful property, the staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and help us with our enquires. English is not good however didn’t matter!
Also not in Shinjuku it’s the next train stop over Shin Okubo which is Koreatown. Not what I was intentionally trying to book but worked out amazing. The food was great and loved having access to all Korean skincare shops etc.
The street was a little bit hard to find but okay in the end.
Property had so many fun extras like free drinks, free food, foot spa etc made it all such a fun adventure.
Location fantastic, staff very kind. Bed was comfy, good AC in the room and the shower was good.
So close to public transport & bars, restaurants. Heaps of free stuff!, space to relax and enjoy the massage chairs after a huge day of walking - thoroughly recommended
It was a very lovely hotel with excellent amenities such as free massage chairs and free drinks, nibbles, tea and soups! Very convenient with all toiletries free as well, it was so convenient, the lounge was very relaxing too. Also their hot bath that you could book was lovely!
