Reasonable price. Lots of restaurant around. Room though not big but with lots of storage. I left behind a watch in the room upon check out. They found my watch n agreed to send it back to me in HK. They have a staff who can speak fluent English.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. It’s very clean and quiet. The breakfast is really lovely and handmade (especially the Japanese breakfast is delicious). The cafe in the lobby is very nice to eat. There’s a vending machine on the property for drinks and all the necessary amenities in the room. There is also laundry which is convenient. There are buses to get to the station and around which are very affordable (200-300 yen) but since Sano is a smaller town they don’t always run as regularly as they do in a bigger city like Tokyo so you might have to wait for the bus. This is something to keep in mind when planning transport. There was also a ticket for discount to Ashikaga Flower park which was a nice surprise.

朝食付きプランでしたが和食のおむすびとお味噌汁は良いですね。ほっとします。 佐野プレミアムアウトレットも徒歩20〜30分程度で、ホテル近隣には(徒歩10〜15分圏内)に佐野ラーメンの名店が点在しており、ウォーキングがてらに楽しめました。

徒歩２分以内にスーパー、ドラッグストア、コンビニ。ラーメン、焼肉、ファストフード等、外食には困らない。
