The breakfast and dinner were excellent - well rounded and nutritionally balanced meals. The bathrooms and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Since it was off season, we had the place to ourselves. It was a relaxing experience.

Cozy lovely guesthouse with wonderful hosts. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and very filling. The bath/onsen was nice as well. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend Hotel Radish House.

We had a great time with the family who owns the lodge. They have a cute very baby who was playing with us so it became an even more wholesome experience. The food they serve is delicious and fresh!

Lovely guesthouse, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Close (by car) to wonderful scenic sites.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Radish House for a ski trip. The hotel is tidy and we enjoyed the common area with wood stove. The location was great. It was less than 5 minute drive to Tazawako ski area. The two on-site private onsens were really great and perfect for 2 people to soak together. The outside one wasn’t setup but it looked nice! The best part of our stay was the family’s hospitality. They were friendly and attentive. The daughter is a radish farmer and it seemed a lot of the food came from local farms. Even in the middle of winter, the food was so fresh and each meal was different and so tasty. They had self serve coffee, tea and water out all day.
