Good location, near shopping street, a lot of food and shopping mall around, near the train station. Staff was nice and helpful, they can speak English well.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, they're available 24h/day. When my own Japanese failed they were nice to find an online translator. They offer free hygiene products, bathrobes and more.
