Very good and tasty free drinks. All types of daily stuff provided. Public spaces very comfortable

Coming from Tokyo, we were amazed to see the size of the rooms. Big enough and very comfortable. The bus station is nearby plus the Kamo river area and the Nishiki market is also quite close and ver walkable from the property.

Good location. Clean room. Breakfast was very good, although the choice was not so big, all the food was tasty.

Great location. They decent room size and lots of nice amenities like pajamas and washing machines you can use for 400 yen (includes detergent!). Staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked this place to save a little $, and I'm glad we did. The location is fairly central in Gion and near public transportation and a temple across the street. The view of the temple and hills was excellent, far better than the pricey ryokan we booked that was closer to Yasaka. The breakfast was a combination of Japanese and western, which my family appreciated after days of Japanese-only breakfast. The food quality was good. They have a good drink area that is always open. The laundry facility was convenient. The rooms were very comfortable, with regular beds. All six of us slept well. The staff were helpful and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.
