The hotel fully exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very big and everything brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spectacular with the shower and tub combination and the restaurant was an amazing option for dinning with a great diverse menu. We did eat there for lunch and breakfast. This would be my top choice for whenever I come back. Very close to the train station but also very accesible to downtown and all the activities that the city has to offer. The sky bar is great and the drink selection is top notch.

Fantastic location for our needs! Clean hotel and friendly staff. We had a tour leaving from the group bus area at 7:50am, which is outside the front door of this hotel. It was very easy to get up, get ready and walk outside to our bus tour instead of having to navigate to the station and find our departure point. Additionally, the train stations here have EVERYTHING you need all in one place. Shopping, eating etc. We found it super easy to do it all there. We walked to the samurai houses and the gardens and castle. Super easy to get around. Made friends during our walk- which goes to show you how friendly everyone is!
Beautifully designed, clean, friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast buffet was excellent. Loved the location near the train station. The station itself was beautiful and included many shops and restaurants. We also were able to walk to many nearby sights, and it was easy to use the loop bus from the station for spots that were a little too far to walk.
