The location is perfect and staff is efficient, kind and professional. I choose extend my stay at this hotel for a month over other hotels in Kyoto.
The property is very well located. It was very clean and modern. Staff are super friendly (we could check in earlier). It has a laundry room in each floor (very handy for longer stays). Super recommend.
Close to everything, super-clean & modern, beds were comfortable and rooms were fairly spacious. Christopher was very helpful in making sure the door lock worked.
The staff was very friendly and courteous. The facilities were clean and comfortable and there was lots of staff available. There are a lot of international staff members so commuication in English was very easy.
Calm, quiet, clean & ac worked great. Staff was excellent. Walking distance to Gion.
