Yes the outside looks a bit old, but the room is just fine. Two big beds, enough room compared to what I imagined, all required appliances. Feels like what you imagine of living in Japan. Good location too.

Simple, but perfectly suited to my trip (few nights as a solo traveller). Could find the place easily using Google Maps. Check in was through an online link I received, worked fine. 15 mins walk from Hakata station and a bit of a walk away from all the central shopping malls etc, but very close to all the (gay)bars in Sumiyoshi.

A little hard to find, the external building look like a prison but inside is so cute

Near in central or Hakata Station, few meters from commodities and bus stations.

Having an apartment for a week was really nice. It was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler. It was just on the border to the more lively parts of town, but no noise to disturb in the night. I took advantage of the coin washing machines on the first floor to get my laundry done, very convenient.
