Location near transit and university but not right in the city center
I liked the fact that the hotel did not feel overcrowded. Good bed and pillows.
Big hotel with spacious rooms. Excellent location, very close to Marutamachi Station, you can get from there to Kyoto station very quick, which pretty much takes you anywhere.
The hotel serves japanese and american breakfast for an additional cost (discounts for guests tho!), which are great value.
Efficient, courteous staff. Great room with comfortable bed and excellent bathroom amenities. Great location across the street from Kyoto National Garden and close to subway stations, coffee and restaurants.
Parking staff was amazing at directing the cars. Overall, staff was great.
