I loved the style and cleanliness of the room when we arrived. The amount of utilities at our disposal was also very helpful. The AC was great and worked very well(especially during these hot July days)! Love that the owner left us some water in the fridge.

For being so small, space was utilized very well, and the property had basically everything you need for two people to be comfortable. We were even able to use the portable induction stove to make hotpot, which was perfect for the winter.

Also, the location was PEAK. Literally 200m walk to the station, grocery store, combini, and a small mall with a Daiso and a bakery. Literally the most convenient place we've stayed in Tokyo. For the price, this place is really excellent, and we would absolutely stay there again if we need to rent for a few weeks in Tokyo.

Charming little accommodation. Well appointed, comfortable and a stone's throw from the train station.

Very well laid out so that the space was tight but it didn't feel too bad sharing with my husband. A lofted area provided privacy. We also liked the kitchen. While the kitchen was tiny, it was well equipped. The apartment had good bedding and it was extremely clean.

Located right beside the train station which is great.

There're quite a number of restaurant and supermarket within walking distance.

Food utensil is well prepared so it's okay to order food take out and eat inside property.

Hot water and bathtub is superb when travelling in autumn and winter.

Digital door key works great.
